Tennessee Evaluation Acceleration Model (TEAM)

We have been pulling resources and aligning them for best fit throughout the 4 rubrics used when assessing teachers. Web2.0 and other technology tools can easily be deployed in multiple areas of several of the rubrics. We had to choose a "best fit" location for inclusion. Our hopes are that teachers will envision multiple places to use these tools and products. When you click on each rubric you will go to our TEAM wiki designed with technology resources aligned to indicators to support teachers in improving their craft.

Our efforts in designing this resource is to provide you with as many excellent tools as possible. Web2.0 tools are often here today and either gone tomorrow or become fee based. This is a living breathing document that will grow and change as we find more, varied, and relevant resources to assist you. Let us be clear... we make NO guarantees that by using these tools you will score in the 4-5 range. We are affording you the opportunity to grow and develop your technology skills to drive student interest and achievement as you teach. What we do know is that engaging lessons net greater achievement when teachers know their content and present it in real and relevant context so that students are engaged in their learning.
